Directions for CBACL Testing
Select the Report from the Report Column and give the client:
- Your Referral ID (number)
- The Administration URL
- The Report ID
Tell the client to:
- Go to the Administration URL which will present brief directions.
- After reading the directions click the Click Here link to begin.
- The Demographic form will be presented
- Enter the Referral ID
- Enter the Report ID
- Enter the demographic information and continue
The password and report will be emailed to you.
